All orders must be within the Berkshire region unless prior communication has occurred.

Orders outside of the Berkshires are welcomed, but are subject to availability and may require additional delivery coordination. Please contact us in advance to confirm.
Installation Site Requirements

The designated installation area must be clean, clear, and ready at the scheduled time of delivery.

If the space is not prepared upon arrival, installation may be delayed or canceled, and an additional fee may apply for rescheduling or on-site preparation.
Zero Refund Policy

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and the contract is signed.
