Service Area

• All orders must be within the Berkshire region unless prior communication has occurred.

• Orders outside of the Berkshires are welcomed, but are subject to availability and may require additional delivery coordination. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

Installation Site Requirements

• The designated installation area must be clean, clear, and ready at the scheduled time of delivery.

• If the space is not prepared upon arrival, installation may be delayed or canceled, and an additional fee may apply for rescheduling or on-site preparation.

Zero Refund Policy

• Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and the contract is signed.
